Charming deep navy blue velvet small hat circa 1950s. Has a veil over the front half. Hat seems to be one size fits all, or at least most as its meant to perch on the back of the head. It measures about 21.5" round the inside though. No label.
Excellent vintage condition. The veil is pretty torn so probably best to replace it. The hat itself is fine, just some bends and creasing to the inside that doesn't really show when worn.
